What if I don’t like what I get in my subscription box?
Every item comes with a lock period. After the lock period expires. You can exchange the items for new inventory collection designs.
The lock period is currently 10 days.
After how many days of registration I will receive inventory ?
You will receive the inventory on the same day after completing Shop KYC.
By what ways can I settle money transaction with company ?
You can pay either by Cash/UPI/Cheque to Pragti officer.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes you always have an opportunity to upgrade your plan. To know more contact Pragti Relationship officer assigned to you.
What happens if inventory gets damaged ?
Damaged inventory can attract penalty. The amount of penalty can range from 20% to 80% of MRP. Penalty will be calculated on assessing extent of damage to inventory. To avoid any penalty, kindly take care of inventory.
What is the process to complete Shop KYC ?
To complete Shop KYC, currently you have to contact +91 - 7011388862 to schedule appointment. On the day of appointment Pragti officer will visit your shop to complete the shop KYC. Keep your documents ready for completing KYC.
Documents needed are:
Pan Card.
Adhaar Card.
Rent Agreement.
What is your cancellation policy?
Subscription plan can be cancelled only after 6 months from joining date.
You need to clear all payment dues towards company.
You need to return back the inventory back to our Pragti officer. Damaged Inventory can attract penalty dues.
What type of inventory will I receive ?
You will get 3 piece Dress materials for ladies. The number of Inventory Stock will be as per the plan chosen by you. The inventory is a mix from various states and heritage. You will get jaupuri block printed from Rajasthan, South cotton from Andhra, Bandjej from Gujarat, Kalamkari from Andhra Pradesh, Kantha from West Bengal,Batik from Rajasthan, Kutch from Gujarat, Aari work and Banarsi from Uttar Pradesh, Chanderi from Madhya Pradesh, Pashmina & Spun from Kashmir during winters and etc. You can also demand inventory as per your customers wishlist.
All the products are tagged with MRP and it starts from 499/-
Why plan have minimum 6 months period?
We urge you to have perseverance for earning more than 100% ROI.
You can cancel your plan after 6 months from the date of joining the plan.
For eg if you started your subscription plan on Jan 27, 2022 then you can cancel your plan after Jul 27, 2022.
